Returns policy
Non-custom garments can be returned, at your expense, for a full refund or store-credit of the purchase price including P&P.
If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse return postage costs.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is based on accepting returns for a store credit (see above) and then re-ordering the garment.
Custom Garments
We will consider return requests for custom garments, but due to their personalised nature, custom garments are normally non returnable.
Your Rights
The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) governing selling-at-a-distance within the UK & EU give you the right to return non-customised garments, no questions asked, for a full refund.
How to Make a Return
If you wish to make a return, we ask that ...
- a return request is made within seven working days of receiving the garments and
- garments are returned with the original packaging materials and documentation and
- the returned package is clearly labelled with the RMA number issued when your return was approved
